What Happens When You Bring Your Vehicle to AAA
1. Arrival & Inspection If you bring your vehicle to us, a service advisor meets you on arrival. We go through the vehicle together, note all your concerns, and raise a written job card. This takes around 10 minutes. If we have collected your vehicle from you, we carry out the same thorough inspection at the workshop and contact you to go through our findings. 2. Written Estimate We give you a full written estimate before any work starts. For complex repairs, we investigate first and contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email once we have the complete picture. | 3. Your Approval — Then We Start Nothing is done without your knowledge and approval. If we find anything additional during the job, we stop and contact you immediately. Work only proceeds when you say so.
A standard service is returned the same day. When your vehicle is ready, we contact you. If you asked for collection and delivery, we bring it back to you. |
